Titanium nose screw with a triple bead design on top. The nose screw is created from strong ASTM F-136 titanium and the top beads are made from 18kt solid white gold. These nose screws are a nice way to keep your nose ring secure and to add a little flair! These are sold individually in an 18G size with a 5/16″ (8mm) length. Choose your top size from 2.5mm, 3mm and 3.5mm. Titanium is great for anyone with metal sensitives!
